Laptops
Please bring your own laptop. The lecture rooms are not equipped with a laptop or PC (except the Audimax and lecture hall G).
The presentation equipment in the seminar and lecture rooms supports VGA and HDMI connections.
Please remember to bring your own adapter.
Media Check
Room E0.143 is available to presenters for technical testing and previewing your lectures with your own laptop. If you have any problems, feel free to contact one of our local helpers.
Blackboards
Blackboards and chalk are available in all rooms.
Magnets
Magnets are not in stock. If you want to hold a panel presentation on the blackboard and use magnets, we kindly ask that you bring them with you.
Flipcharts
Pre-ordered flip charts will be available in your seminar rooms. Alternatively, you can hang prepared charts with magnets on the blackboards.
Document Camera
For time slots already requested with the conference organization, a documentary camera is available in the room.
Poster Presentations
The poster session of the GDM takes place in room Q0.101. The posters will be displayed over the entire conference period.
Poster walls are marked with poster numbers according to the main scientific program. Material for fixing is provided on site.
Please create your poster in portrait format of DIN A0: 84,1 cm x 118,9 cm.
Please hang your poster on Monday, March 05 until 13:30 and take it down until 13:00 on Friday, March 09.
Please note:
Posters that are not taken down will not be kept by the organizers, but disposed of after the conference.
